Princess Diana's Holistic Healer Speaks At Inquest

Britain's Princess Diana chauffeur was driving "like a maniac" on the day she died, her inquest heard yesterday.

Holistic healer Myriah Daniels explained she feared for her life when she was driven by Henri Paul - who was behind the wheel of Diana's Mercedes when it crashed in Paris' Pont d'Alma tunnel on August 31, 1997 - in the afternoon before the fatal accident.

Myriah - who was close friends with Diana and her lover Dodi Fayed, who were killed in the crash along with Henri - told the jury at London's High Court, Henri Paul almost killed us. He drove way too fast and recklessly. He was s**t for a driver and that is a fact. I was in a Range Rover driven by Henri Paul. I should be dead. I was positive I would be killed in that drive."

Myriah, who treated Diana a few days before her death, dismissed claims the princess was pregnant as the couple had only just got together.

She said, "She was not pregnant. Period. Nobody ever knew if they would have hooked up. It was too soon. They had just met. They were having fun getting to know each other."

One of Diana's close confidantes, Lucia Flecha de Lima, wife to the then Brazilian ambassador in London, also told the court she did not believe Diana's relationship with Dodi was "serious".

She said, "I think she was infatuated with him but I don't think it was a serious relationship."

She also slammed reports Diana feared her ex-husband, Prince Charles, was planning to arrange a car accident with "brake failure and serious head injury".

She added, "I still don't believe she was fearing for her life, especially from Prince Charles."

Dodi's father, Mohamed Al Fayed, has always claimed his son and the princess were murdered by the British establishment because they were about to announce their engagement and Diana was pregnant.
