The Color Purple Broadway actress denies she and rapper Young Dro are expecting.

"Fantasia is not pregnant and the Internet rumors are entirely untrue," her rep confirms to Us magazine.

Rumors circulated when the 23-year-old former American Idol champion have had several absences from the Broadway hit show.

The New York Post reported "an upcoming visit from the stork might explain the star's numerous absences from the Broadway smash The Color Purple."

The show has defended the singer and denied the gossips. A rep for the show tells Usmagazine.com, "It is true that she has missed some performances because she has gotten sick from time to time over the nine months, but doing eight shows a week is a lot so she missed a few."
