Bono Works On Charity T-Shirts

Bono has designed a charity T-shirt.

The U2 rocker is the 25th musician to team up with Hard Rock International to produce a garment for their Signature Series, which was started in 1990 to benefit the artist's charity of choice.

Bono's creation features a fish soaring through the moon and stars and is adorned with the words 'Fish Can Fly' and his signature.

Proceeds from the shirts will go to the Wildlife Conservation Society's Conservation Cotton Initiative, which helps educate impoverished African farmers.

The shirts are available in blue on a white background for women and red on black for men.

The Bono Signature Series T-shirt - which will be produced by the socially conscious clothing company EDUN founded by Bono and his wife Ali Hewson - will be available from Monday (07.01.08) online at www.hardrock.com/rockshop and at Rock Shops at Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels and Casinos.

Other stars to design Signature Series T-shirts include Bruce Springsteen, Shakira, Eric Clapton and Ozzy Osbourne.
