Rebecca De Mornay has been sentenced to three years' probation for drinking and driving. The 'Risky Business' actress has pleaded no contest Tuesday to risky driving while under the influence of alcohol, stemming from her October 30 arrest.
Her no contest plea was rewarded by dismissing a second count of DUI charge against her. Judge H. Chester Horn of the L.A. Superior Court sentenced the 48-year-old actress to probation plus a $350 fine and other fees. She is also expected to attend a rehab facility.
De Mornay was arrested following a routine traffic stop. Her blood-alcohol level registered 0.09, just a little above the legal limit.
De Mornay started her film career with Francis Ford Coppola's 'One From The Heart' in 1982. She then had starred in numerous films including 'The Three Musketeers,' 'The Hand That Rocks The Cradle,' and 'Backdraft.'
