William Shatner has never watched Star Trek. The award-winning actor who became a household name for playing Captain Kirk in the hit TV show and subsequent movies claims he had never watched the show himself. William, 76, confesses to The Mirror that he thinks he sucks at acting in the sci-fi series and he can't bear to watch himself. "I never watched Star Trek and I have not even seen any of the Star Trek movies. I don't watch myself. When I direct and have to look at filmed scenes of myself, I suck," Shatner says. Shatner, on his Internet blog, expressed his regret on not taking any remembrance from the Star Trek set. "I've kept nothing. Given the choice at the time of having a Star Trek shirt or a designer suit, I'd have taken a suit. I should have known better," he wrote. |
