The 27-year-old daughter of real estate mogul Donald Trump didn't send someone to change her wax figure's nail color every week in Madame Tussauds in New York, as she doesn't have her statue "yet," a spokesperson from the museum says.

Earlier this week, New York Daily News had quoted an employee from the wax museum saying, "She sends someone to change the Ivanka wax figure's nail color every week or so."

However, Madame Tussauds is refuting the statement.

A spokesperson clears the reports to ShowbizSpy.com: "Madame Tussauds New York would like to set the record straight. On Friday, the Daily News called and was inadvertently given incorrect information by a Tussauds employee."

"Unfortunately, the employee thought the Daily News was asking about a different figure. Madame Tussauds New York does not in fact have a figure of Ivanka Trump... yet."

The spokesperson continues, "We apologize for the confusion. Madame Tussauds loves the Trumps and is very proud of its figures of Donald and Ivana Trump, as well as its more than 200 lifelike figures."
