"Biggest Loser" Trainer Jillian Michaels Slapped With Another Diet Product Lawsuit

Another weight loss product lawsuit has been filed against "Biggest Loser" trainer Jillian Michaels. The personal trainer has received a $10 million class action suit, her fourth one this year, for a weight loss product that "just might kill you."

A female complainant, named only as R.D. for "fear of retaliation or harassment," claims that Michaels' Triple Process Total Body Detox & Cleanse product is unsafe.

She cites ingredients from the diet supplement that apparently pose risks to consumers, such as:

According to TMZ, R.D. wants $10 million from Michaels and Thin Care International for "actively and fraudulently" conspiring to hide the risks of the product.

It's not clear if R.D. has even tried the products herself.

This is not the first time Michaels has been sued for the apparent dangers of her weight loss and diet supplement products. In fact, this year alone, she has been sued three times before.

The other suits claim she endorses a "potentially lethal" product and engaged in false advertising.
