"Angel" star David Boreanaz was a devil to work with, according to an extra on his Fox crime show "Bones." The 41-year-old actor is being sued for sexual harassment for allegedly sending "sexually inappropriate text messages" to Kristina Hagan.

Celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred filed the suit on her client's behalf Thursday.

Hagan claims that on September 9 last year, Boreanaz offered to give her a ride, telling her he was trying to find the right role for her. He apparently told her that he's "the boss" and that he could "make things happen for her."

The actor then parked his car and tried to kiss her and touch her breasts, but she pulled him away. Hagan then claims in the complaint obtained by TMZ that he "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

Another incident apparently happened again on September 29, when he also "masturbated in front of her" after he grabbed, kissed, and fondled her.

Hagan claims Boreanaz continually promised that he was trying to find an acting role for her, but he never delivered.

She is also suing Fox and the show's production companies for failing to take action against the actor.

Boreanaz's rep gave the website the following statement: "The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit."

Last May, he admitted that he had cheated on his wife of nearly nine years, Jaime Bergman with Tiger Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel. His wife apparently was willing to forgive him.
