"Modern Family" Star Sofia Vergara Willing To Fulfill Emmy Naked Pledge

Sofia Vergara isn't afraid of running naked along Sunset Blvd. "Modern Family" has promised to have the curvy Colombian actress run down naked along the L.A. street if the ABC series won Outstanding Comedy at the Emmy Awards, which it did.

Unfortunately, the anticipated naked run has been over and done with before anyone could even see the event.

In July, the series took out an ad in magazines, promising that "If Modern Family wins the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy, Sofia Vergara will run naked down Sunset Blvd."

It did. However, there's also a fine print on the ad that says another cast member could be substituted without notice.

But Vergara said that the promise has been fulfilled already.

She told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, "I did the run and I came back."

And although she is kidding about already doing the naked run, Vergara said she is considering it.

"Listen, I'm not afraid of anything. I'm Colombian."

But just in case she won't be able to do it, her TV husband is also willing to step up to the plate.

"The good thing is that Ed O'Neill said that he will back me up in case something happens and I cannot do it. He's gonna do it too."
