'The Bachelor' stars Brad Womack, Emily Maynard no longer engaged

Los Angeles, CA, United States (Celebrity News Service) - "The Bachelor" can chalk up another failed relationship to its terrible track record. Brad Womack and Emily Maynard have called it quits.

Following their engagement on the last season of "The Bachelor," there's been speculation on whether they were headed down the Trista and Ryan route or, well, the route of everyone else.

"We're no longer engaged," Emily Maynard told People magazine. Maynard will cover the latest issue of People, where she talks all about where the relationship went wrong.

Maynard will even be featured in an interview with "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison in a segment set to air on the July 11 episode of "The Bachelorette."

Womack told the magazine that he felt he was the reason the relationship failed. "The demise of our relationship was completely my fault," he says.

Regardless, Maynard says she wanted to fess up to the failed relationship and end the tabloid rumors so that she and her 6-year-old daughter Ricki "can move on and get back to normal."

Considering there's not much interest in past "Bachelor" contestant where-are-they-nows, that should only be a matter of time.
