A California based lawyer David Wohl wants to join forces with Mark Heller before their troubled client Lindsay Lohan appears in court on the 18th of March.
David feels he is the man who will save Lindsay from going to jail.
Heller might need the expertise of a California based lawyer because the judge already called him incompetent and advised that the actress picks another lawyer who is informed on matters of criminal law. If not Lindsay would have to give up her right to a competent lawyer.
David according to reports is being introduced by Lindsay's father Michael Lohan. He has practiced criminal law for 25 years and is stationed in Orange County.He is reported to be in contact with Heller and chances are he will come on board before the trial.
Lindsay however has been defending Heller saying the media is out to make him look bad but he isn't bad at all.She has not approved him as her second attorney.
