A photographer killed as he attempts to take a picture of Justin Bieber's Ferrari

The year did not start well for one Paparazzo after he lost his life while trying to take a picture of Canadian singer Justin Bieber's white ferrari.

According to reports,the photographer was run over by another car as he was taking pictures of Justin's ride which had been pulled over by the police for a routine traffic stop on Sepulveda near the Getty Centre in L.A.

The photographer,who has been identified as Chris Guerra,is reported to have been advised to move back because he was putting his life in danger,shortly after he was run over and killed instantly.

The freelance photographer is said to have been sure that Justin had been smoking pot while driving earlier in the day and had been following him around all day.

TMZ reports that an anonymous persona,who claims to be close friends with the deceased now blames the singer for the tragedy.

The anonymous guy who says he trained Chris believes Justin should be partly blamed because of his reckless driving history and smoking pot which made Chris follow him.

Miley Cyrus does not think Justin should be blamed at all. She said when you are young, your mum teaches you not to play in the street. She adds that the accident was bound to happen and JB should not be blamed.
