Adam Lambert, Taylor Swift Get Profiled In New E! Entertainment Specials

Pop superstars Adam Lambert and Taylor Swift are just some of the celebrities being profiled in new E! Entertainment Specials arriving before the end of the year.

Lambert will give E! his "True Hollywood Story," airing November 21st. In the special, Lambert will chronicle his rise to fame, from struggling musician to "Idol" runner-up and soon leader of his own "Glam Nation." The Adam Lambert E! True Hollywood Story" will feature revealing interviews from Lambert, his parents, brother, and closest friends, even "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson.

For a preview of just how intimate things get in the new special, Lambert even discusses his sexuality openly, including his first time. "I lost my virginity at 21 years old and it was to a man, not a woman," Lambert says in the special. "Uh, and it wasn't very good. Sometimes it takes a little while to learn how to do that correctly."

Taylor Swift, who just sold over a million copies of her new album "Speak Now" in its first week, gets her own E! Entertainment Special airing December 1st. To help account her ascent from aspiring teen singer/songwriter to international country superstar, Swift gets help from some very big names in country music, including Brad Paisley, Julianne Hough, and even the namesake of her very first hit single, Tim McGraw.

Just days after George W. Bush revealed the lowest point of his presidency were comments by Kanye West, Tim McGraw even gets candid about the rapper and his infamous Swift speech interruption. "My first impression was, you know, you wanna go kick his ass," McGraw says about West in the special.

Also premiering in December are new episodes "E! True Hollywood Story" featuring Sarah, Duchess of York and Gwyneth Paltrow. A new E! Entertainment Special profiling newlywed pop star Katy Perry, and including interviews with the star and her family, airs December 29th.
