Amanda Does It Again

It was just reported recently that .com/celebs/amanda_bynes'>Amanda Bynes was caught with a DUI case. This time around, however, she was spotted smoking a joint while driving around LA on a suspended license.

She was apparently smoking out of a device that makes it look like someone is lighting a cigarette even if the reality is that it is actually a pipe that is designed to give people that false impression.

Aside from this new case, it should be noted that she is actually driving around illegally because her license was suspended last August 25.
