An Update On 50 Cent Copyright Case

November 4, 2012 50 Cent, Robert, Free, .

Just recently, .com/celebs/50_cent'>50 Cent was sued over a 1970s song he recently sampled for free online. We have gathered news, however, that .com/celebs/50_cent'>50 Cent is asking the judge to dismiss the case ASAP because it looks like the man who sued him doesn't have the rights to the song either!

.com/celebs3/robert'>Robert Poindexter, the man who sued 50, claims that 50 hijacked of his song "Love Gonna Pack Up And Walk Out" and used it in his track that was released online entitled "Redrum".

50 says that the said suit is total B.S. because he never violated any type of copyright laws. Apparently, .com/celebs3/robert'>Robert sold the right of his song to Warner Music Group, hence he can't sue.

Despite all of these, however, the judge is yet to give a ruling on the said matter.
