Arnold's mistress threatens to sue ET over ex-husband's interview

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress is threatening to sue celebrity TV program "Entertainment Tonight" for interviewing her ex-husband. Mildred Patty Baena claims the show paid Rogelio "in excess of six figures" to tell lies on camera.

Rogelio appeared on "ET" Tuesday night, calling Patty's child with the former Governator a "betrayal." He said Patty led him to believe the child was his until a week ago.

But Patty claims Rogelio always knew he wasn't the father because he was out of the country when her son was conceived and returned to the states only after she was already pregnant.

According to TMZ, her lawyer Michael Saltz sent a letter to the executive producer saying that "ET" ran the interview without doing research into Rogelio's history with Arnold and estranged wife Maria Shriver's former housemaid.

Saltz said, "Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boy's father."

Rogelio was apparently living in Colombia until the program paid him to fly to the U.S. to be be interviewed for a "six figure paycheck," Saltz claimed.

Patty's lawyer is demanding an apology and a retraction ASAP or she will take legal action.
