Babysitter says Gabriel Aubry started the fight at Halle Berry’s home

When pictures of Gabriel Aubry emerged, he was totally beaten up drawing sympathy as he appeared as the victim in the fight. Some people believed him when he said he wasn’t the one who started the fight but a testimony by Halle’s employee, who is also Nahla’s nanny gave a twist to the whole story.

When the police arrived at Berry’s residence, the babysitter informed them that Gabriel initiated the physical altercation by pushing and shoving Halle’s fiancé Olivier Martinez leading to the Thanksgiving brawl. That is when they arrested him on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

After he was arrested, the 36-year old model was hospitalized due to the injuries. Olivier also saw a doctor after the fight but sustained tiny scratched on his finger. Consequently, Halle got a restraining order and had to stay 100 yards away from his daughter, Olivier and Halle.

Insisting that he had been attacked, Gabriel was also granted a restraining order against Olivier. He also tried to overturn the restraining order that bans him from seeing his daughter. He is set to appear in court in December 13.
