Britney Spears signs $15 million deal with X Factor

After reports emerged that Britney’s demands were delaying the contract signing, it has emerged that Britney has signed a $15million contract to become a judge on X Factor USA.

The seat has been vacant after judge Nicole Scherzinger was fired from the show and Britney has been linked to the position. The singer is said to be ready to work.

A source said “The contract has been signed. There’s been a lot of back and forth over the past few weeks as they negotiated the small details, but she is on. It’s all completed and Britney is beyond excited.

“She can’t wait to sit down next to Simon at the judges table and give it everything she’s got. She is excited about showing the world that she can do this, and do it well.

“This is the perfect next stage in her career. Both Britney and Simon are very excited to work together”.

Earlier on reports emerged that Britney wanted a decorated private space, a fridge stocked with whatever she wants. She was reported to have wanted nannies on set, tutors and a stand by doctor in case the kids get hurt. Her spokesperson however said those were rumours and that she had not made any claims.
