Britney Spears Still Can't Handle Own Affairs, Court Rules

Although she has improved, the court still doesn't think Britney Spears can handle her own business yet.

Commissioner Reva Goetz, who oversees the 26-year-old pop star's conservatorship case, thinks Spears' condition is still too tenuous for her to take care of own estate.

Spears and dad, and conservator, Jamie both skipped the hearing.

Goetz said she needed more information on the singer's diagnosis before she would decide on whether she would totally dissolve the conservatorship.

Okmagazine.com has quoted the commissioner as saying, "Her medical condition remains the same. Through there have been changes in her medication, I think in terms of her diagnosis, it's not complete."

Goetz will review her case again on June 17 and determine whether to dissolve or extend the conservatorship on July 31.
