Britney Wins Legal Battle Against Lutfi

.com/celebs/britney_spears'>Britney Spears and her family just had a huge victory against her former manager, Sam Lutfi. The judge basically threw out the entire case and said that he presented no valid evidence against the Spears family.

It should be noted that Lutfi filed a lawsuit against the Spears family stating that various members of the Spears family defamed him, attacked him and basically breached a contract he had with Britney. He also added that Britney was an out of control addict of illegal substances and her family pointed out the blame to him and painted him as the main villain of the story.

However, amidst all these claims, the judge decided that Lutfi had no case against the Spears family and practically tossed his case out of court.

Despite all these, Lutfi still plans to appeal the judge's decision.
