Brooke Mueller gets restraining order against future ex-husband Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller has been granted a restraining order against soon-to-be ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Her lawyer got an emergency order in Los Angeles County Superior Court without informing the "Two and a Half Men" star.

According to TMZ, Charlie now has to stay 100 yards away from her. He is also prohibited to contact his estranged wife.

And what's Charlie's reaction over this surprise TRO? The controversial actor told the website, "Great. I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her."

Brooke's complaint states that he made "specific, descriptive threats" at her.

She went to cops Tuesday to get their twin boys, but it's Charlie's turn to take care of their sons under the custody agreement.

But upon obtaining a restraining order, Brooke also asked a judge to order Charlie to return almost 2-year-old sons Bob ad Max. The judge agreed, according to eonline.com, so the twins are now with her.
