Brooke Mueller goes back to rehab after refusing drug test

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Brooke Mueller has gone back to rehab after refusing to submit to a drug test. Charlie Sheen will reportedly be seeking contemporary custody of their twin sons this week now that his soon-to-be ex-wife has fallen off the wagon.

Brooke was supposed to take a court mandated drug test at home, which was part of her custody settlement with Charlie. She has now gone back to a treatment center following her drug binge, according to TMZ.

A test was scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday, but when the people conducting the test came to her home, her lawyer, Ron Rale, told them she would not take a test. A refusal to submit is apparently considered a dirty test.

Charlie's camp is now reportedly on the attack, with his lawyers going to court to ask a judge to give him Bob and Max while the kids' mother is in rehab.

An insider told RadarOnline.com, "Charlie has had enough with her excuses, period. Brooke refused to take a random drug test. Charlie's attorney will use that as evidence that the boys are better off with him than with Brooke."

Last week, the website reported that Brooke was desperately calling friends, asking them for drug-free urine as she knew she would be required to submit to a drug test. She was also seen trying to pawn a stereo and an expensive men's watch at an Inglewood, CA pawnshop, and had reportedly visited a street drug dealer, who claimed she bought $150 worth of coke from him last Thursday.
