Brooke Mueller Re-Enters Sober Living House

Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller has checked back into a sober living house a week after being rumored to spend the Thanksgiving holiday there. Her lawyer insists that it was her own decision to enter the facility to "maintain her health."

Attorney Yale Galanter told TMZ that his client did not have a relapse. Brooke is apparently free to come and go as she pleases.

As to what prompted the decision, sources said that she felt weak, telling E! News, "She has battled with addiction for many years. She didn't use, she just felt weak and didn't want to relapse. She said that the holidays are hard for her."

Brooke is currently filming a reality show that stars pal Paris Hilton. And since the show is in Vegas next week and will be on hiatus after, she thought that now is the perfect opportunity to work out her issues.

She was spotted being escorted from a hotel to a sober living facility in Beverly Hills on Thanksgiving morning. It was not revealed why she needed treatment then.
