Bynes Case Re-Opened

It looks like .com/celebs/amanda_bynes'>Amanda Bynes will not get out of this one as easy. She often got out of trouble by her gorgeous looks and fame. But after yet again another hit and run case, a certain LA City Attorney is taking another look at her previous cases.

It was reported that Bynes already had a similar incident earlier this year but the case was rejected due to the fact that there were no independent witnesses that could point her out.

However, all these changed upon her second incident. So, the prosecutors have actually re-opened her previous April case which could lead to 2 misdemeanor hit and runs. The two cases can actually carry at least a year's sentence.

Ooops! Well, that's one year for the two hit and runs. However, it should be noted that she also has a DUI case at hand.
