We have just learned that .com/celebs/amanda_bynes'>Amanda Bynes is currently checking into a rehab in an undisclosed center in Southern California.

This is after her many problems while driving under the influence. She'd already been charged with a DUI case and two counts of hit and run over the course of a few months. According to sources, she will be committing to a 30 day in-patient program.

This would probably be the best move for her after her antics. Just recently, Sunday, she was stopped for driving with a suspended license and her car was then impounded. This are seemingly easy punishments for the former Nickelodeon star. Our sources say that this treatment move can actually be her help to escape jail time. She will be scheduled to appear in court on the 27th of .com/celebs/september'>September.
