The 38-year-old actress reportedly took a break Tuesday from house hunting in Miami Beach to support her boyfriend and Yankees third baseman in a friendly match against The Detroit Tigers in Tampa, Fla.

The Yankees topped the Detroit Tigers with a 2-1 loss in their final spring training game.

Diaz, who showed up in a pair of skinny jeans and a buttoned-down white shirt, Melissa Odabash Panama hat and shades, cheered him on from the spectators area, reports The Daily Mail.

The "My Sister's Keeper" star was seen with friends in the stands and even chatted with a young spectator sitting in front of her throughout the game.

This was the first time Diaz made a public appearance with Rodriguez since the actress was caught feeding him popcorn at the Super Bowl.

This time, Diaz could be checking in on her 35-year-old boyfriend to make her final decision on whether to cast him in her new movie.

A source close to the Hollywood actress told British newspaper Express.co.uk, "Cameron actually has an idea for a romantic comedy set around Major League Baseball.

She's very excited about developing her own projects and the fact this one is about a baseball player means she has good reason to spend more time with A-Rod and the Yankees."

Rodriguez and his team open the Major League season on Thursday at the Yankee Stadium in New York City.
