Cancer Patient Farrah Fawcett Still Receiving Treatment

Farrah Fawcett has not stopped receiving treatment in her cancer battle. The actress' representative has denied claims made by her long-term partner Ryan O'Neal that treatment for her terminal illness had "pretty much ended."

The representative said: "She never stopped getting treatment. She is in a stable condition."

A family source adds Farrah, 62, is "getting annoyed" with exaggerated reports of her illness.

The source said: "It's a good sign when she is annoyed by someone making too much noise. She's showing feistiness and that's a wonderful thing right now."

The source added doctors in Germany - where Farrah was treated earlier this year - are now developing alternative medicines for the "Charlie's Angels" actress.

Meanwhile Ryan, 68, has given a frank interview about his partner's battle with cancer, which was first diagnosed in 2006.

He told NBC News: "I know this, that in the last two years I loved her more than I've ever loved her - ever. She's so much more of a woman - powerful, courageous, fearless and all those adjectives. And I look at her with awe."

Ryan also revealed Farrah has remained as upbeat as possible despite her cancer.

He added: "She's not afraid, either. I never saw fear at all. She asked me once, 'Am I going to make it?'"

"I said, 'Yeah, sure, you'll make it. And if you don't, I'll go with you.' And she said, 'Then stop the Gleevec.' And the Gleevec's the medicine that I take for my leukaemia. So she made a joke."
