Motorcycle racer Carey Hart is suing the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas for allegedly duping him of profits from his investments. Pink's husband claims the hotel hid the profits of its Wasted Space Lounge, thus denying him of his fair share. According to TMZ, Hart's company, S&H Projects, invested in the lounge, which opened in July 2008 and shut down last August. He is accusing Hard Rock of hiding the profits and its inflated expenses from him, denying his company the share of profits. Apparently, the hotel created the deception to hide other serious mismanagement problems. The Hard Rock Hotel is denying the allegations, adding that the lounge never made a dime in profits. Hart's company is seeking unspecified damages. |
