May 26, 2008

Actress Carmen Electra is happy to be engaged to guitarist Rob Patterson, but says that for now babies can wait. Electra says she is smitten with her fiancé, but not ready for motherhood at this time.

Electra told People.com, that she hopes to be a mom someday but isn't rushing into it. "It would be a lot of fun. A lot of hard work, but I'll look forward to it someday."

Electra is currently filming the movie "Mardi Gras" in New Orleans. She took a break from filming to meet Patterson's parents, who she claimed were "really cool."

In addition to working on the movie, Electra, 36, has another project in the works. She will soon be releasing her own new line of portable stripper poles so ladies can get a work out "Electra" style. "They're so much fun. I actually put one up in my living room with the help of a girlfriend," she told People.com.

"Pole dancing really isn't as easy as it looks," she added. "I'm still taking pointers. It's a good workout."
