Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller Sign Divorce Documents Just In Case

Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller are already prepared in case they decide to divorce. The two signed a divorce document that divides their conjugal properties and the custody of their two children.

According to the papers obtained by TMZ, Charlie and Brooke will get joint legal custody of their twin sons Bob and Max. Brooke will also get an amount at par with the child support payment the "Two and a Half Men" star pays ex-wife Denise Richards for their daughters Sam and Lola.

She will also get $55,000 a month in child support plus various other expenses but "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

And although Brooke is waiving spousal support, she will still get around $1 million from Charlie. In addition to a 50 percent cut on the baby photos the two sold to Getty Images. She will also get several bank accounts and $757,689.70 lump sum.

Charlie will get to keep the house and his $5.6 million watch collection.

Brooke agrees "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage," while Charlie agrees not to talk about her alleged drug use. They are also both forbidden to talk bad about each other in front of their children.
