Chelsy Davy Trying To Win Prince Harry Back

March 2, 2009

Britain's Prince Harry's former girlfriend is reportedly trying to win him back.

Chelsy Davy - who ended her five-year relationship with the royal in January - is said to have invited Harry to a Leeds University pub crawl in April in a bid to rekindle their romance.

A source close to Chelsy said: "If you're a student in Leeds, this is one of the biggest events on the social calendar. You don't just take anyone."

"Chelsy really wants Harry to be there and for them to be seen as a couple again. She's missed him more than she thought she would."

Chelsy, 23, was reportedly distraught when she read reports the 24-year-old prince had been flirting with pop star Natalie Imbruglia. Another friend told Britain's The News of the World newspaper: "Her biggest worry has been what would happen when Harry found another girl. It would be a bitter pill for her to swallow and she's not ready for it. She now thinks she may never be ready for it."

A source close to Harry said that the prince would "love to go" on Chelsy's pub crawl but was worried about attracting bad publicity."

The source added: "That doesn't mean he's going to run back into her arms. However, he does want to see her, and it's an event he would love."

Meanwhile, "Torn" singer Natalie has laughed off speculation she is dating the prince as "pure exaggeration."

The 34-year-old Australian star said: "I met him for about two seconds."
