Cindy Crawford's Husband Allegedly Sexual Harassed Two Waitresses

May 4, 2009

Cindy Crawford's business mogul husband is being sued for sexual harassment. Rande Gerber, the former supermodel's other half, allegedly harassed two waitresses who used to work for his restaurant.

According to the lawsuit filed in March in San Diego County Superior Court, the women claimed that they were fired from a restaurant that is owned by Gerber's company for refusing to give in to Gerber's and the other managers' advances.

They cited an incident in 2008 while working at the Moonstone Lounge in the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. One of the women said that Gerber attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch."

They are both suing for unspecified damages.

However, Gerber's rep told TMZ that the allegations "were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has not merit."

Crawford was married to Gerber since 1998. They have two children together, Presley Walker (born 1999) and Kaia Jordan (born 2001).
