Courteney Cox, David Arquette speak about their failed relationship

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - For the first time since their split, separated husband and wife David Arquette and Courteney Cox have spoken together why they are not together anymore. The "Scream 4" co-stars talked to Howard Stern on his radio show Thursday and shed light on some issues in their relationship.

A few days after David told Howard that he tried to seduce Courteney during a recent Disney World trip with their daughter Coco, the "Cougar Town" star surprised everyone when she stopped by "The Howard Stern Show," saying her younger husband always tried to have sex with her.

She explained, "It's not really the place for it. First of all it's early in the morning…. This is one of the problems in our relationship whenever I would need consoling from David, he could never put his arm around me without getting a boner."

Howard seemed to understand, saying, "In other words, you'd like to know that you're not always the sex object that as some point he shouldn't get a boner."

Courteney also cleared that she has had not sex with anyone since splitting from David, contrary to reports that she is dating her "Cougar Town" co-star Josh Hopkins.

The ex-couple are still good friends, with both saying that they love each other, although Courteney feels they are better off apart.
