Daniel Craig Injures His Hand During James Bond Shoot

The new James Bond film encounters another accident on the set Tuesday. Daniel Craig was rushed to a doctor after cutting his hand during an action scene shoot.

The Sun reports that Craig was filming a scene for "Quantum of Solace" at Pinewood studios when he had accidentally cut his hand.

A witness told the tabloid, "There was quite a lot of blood and it was decided he needed to leave the set and see a doctor."

A spokesman for the film confirmed the news saying, "Daniel Craig did sustain an injury to his hand. Craig returned to set later in the day."

The recent accident follows other mishaps that had visited the set. Last month, a stuntman was hurt when Bond's Aston Martin skidded off a narrow road and fell off the lake. And earlier last month, a technician working on the set had been seriously injured after a woman stabbed him with a knife in her bedroom.
