David Arquette Spending "Trial Separation" From Courteney Cox With Cocktail Waitress

It looks like David Arquette is spending his "trial separation" from wife Courteney Cox wisely. He has reportedly moved on to cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz, the same server who punched Lindsay Lohan in July.

A source close to the actor told Life & Style that "Jasmine and David have been hooking up recently."

The announcement comes just hours after David and Courteney's separation was confirmed. The couple, who met on the set of the slasher film "Scream" in 1996, said that they have "agreed to a trial separation that dates back for some time."

They have a 6-year-old daughter named Coco Riley.

David's new fling, Waltz, isn't new to dating celebrities. According to TMZ, the 28-year-old waitress has been connected with at least five other Hollywood personalities, including Ryan Seacrest, Chris Pine, and Jesse McCartney.
