Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher set to continue with Joint Charity work

They however plan to change he name of the foundation following their separation.

The Organization that was formerly known as DNA will now be called THORN:Digital Defenders of Children. In the statement,they informed that the organization will focus on battling digital crimes especially on the children sexual exploitation.

The DNA foundation was founded in 2010,five years after Demi and Ashton got married. It was an acronym for Demi and Ashton Foundation.

The joint statement stated:

“For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combating child sex trafficking.

“It has become crystal clear in our effort that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall.

"We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment."

Demi and her ex-husband of six years have since moved on with Ashton already dating actress .com/celebs/mila_kunis'>Mila Kunis. A source close to Demi said “She is not desperate to date again but she is open to it which is a really good step.

“She seems to have rounded a corner and has been forced to get real. As much as it hurts her to see Ashton in love with Mila,It’s also been the push she needs to finally accept that it is over between them”.
