Demi Moore's W Magazine Photo Cover Center Of Airbrushing Controversy

November 19, 2009

Demi Moore's hip has just been chunked off. The 47-year-old slender star's latest magazine cover photo has gotten the attention of observant readers after it appears a photo editor exaggeratedly airbrushed her picture.

At first glance, Mrs. Ashton Kutcher looks dazzling wearing a Balmain leotard on her W magazine cover photo. However, for the eagle-eyed readers, a chunk of her curvaceous hips is noticeably missing.

Although consumers are now used to a little airbrushing and touch ups on pictures, Moore's photo appears to have been sabotaged by an overly enthusiastic Photoshop editor.

A section of her left thigh that is close to her hip appears to have been missing.

A spokesperson for the magazine told Jezebel.com that photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot "did not do anything unusual or out of the ordinary" on the actress for the shoot.
