Denise Richards offers to take care of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's sons

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Even after ex-husband Charlie Sheen called her denigrating names in front of a wide audience, Denise Richards has still called the ex-"Two and a Half Men" star and offered to help him with his sons.

The one-time Bond girl reportedly told Charlie that she can take informal custody of twins Bob and Max since it's apparent neither of the boys' parents are fit to take care of them.

According to TMZ, upon learning that Brooke Mueller tried to pawn a watch and a stereo at an Inglewood pawnshop, Denise called Charlie to offer her help in taking care of the boys.

She allegedly said that it's apparent Brooke, who has refused a court-mandated drug test and has gone back to rehab, couldn't care for the twins, while Charlie is on the road doing his one-man stage show. She offered to take the kids and let them live with her and daughters Sam and Lola until things stabilized.

Charlie didn't shut her down, telling her that he'll keep her posted.

The actor is going to ask a judge to let him take full custody of the twins. His lawyer, Mark Gross, will ask L.A. County Superior Court Judge Hank Goldberg to allow him to take Bob and Max with him on the road during the last two weeks of the court, as per TMZ.
