Diddy holds business meetings in the gym. The U.S. rapper - who has a multi-million-dollar empire, ranging from a restaurant to a clothing line - has his best ideas while working out. A source at Hollywood's Equinox gym told National Enquirer magazine: "He came in the other day holding his BlackBerry with two assistants at his side. He was huffing and puffing on the elliptical cross trainer with his cell phone glued to his ear. And he kept yelling at his assistants, 'You need to hustle! Try harder!'" Diddy is not the only star with a bizarre fitness regime. Madonna and her friend Gwyneth Paltrow both use personal trainer Tracy Anderson, so have a "timeshare" agreement to ensure they both get daily sessions with her. Tracy revealed: "One of them always has priority. I'll go on tour with Madonna or I'll be with Gwyneth when she's preparing for a film, and I'll video train the other." |
