Britain's Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, was left embarrassed when a gust of wind lifted her skirt on a recent night out. The duchess was taken by surprise as she stepped onto the funhouse attraction at the Winter Wonderland in London's Hyde Park. The 49-year-old royal appeared mortified for a moment but quickly brought her red dress and black skirt back under control. Sarah was accompanied to the seasonal attraction by her eldest daughter, 20-year-old Princess Beatrice. This is not the first time in recent weeks the duchess has had a fashion embarrassment. Last month she confessed to having had to change her outfit in the bathroom on her way to an event because she was running late. Speaking at the $22-million launch party for the lavish Atlantis resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the duchess admitted: "I arrived here at the airport about 20 minutes ago. I got changed in the ladies loo." |
