Emmy Rossum's Husband Files For Divorce

Emmy Rossum's husband has filed for divorce from her. Music executive Justin Siegel cites irreconcilable differences from the 23-year-old actress after one and a half years of marriage.

Siegel filed the divorce September 25 in Los Angeles Superior Court. No date of separation is listed, although sources claim they went their separate ways in August. He listed their date of marriage as February 17 last year.

He is asking for spousal support from "The Phantom of the Opera" star and he also wants her to pay for his legal expenses.

According to a People magazine source, Rossum was recently seen with Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz in a New York restaurant where they sat side by side and kissed throughout dinner.
