Fergie Wants To Get Pregnant

Fergie wants a baby. The 33-year-old singer - who married "Transformers" actor Josh Duhamel in Malibu in January - is planning to get pregnant as soon as the Black Eyed Peas' summer tour is over.

She said: "I definitely want kids, but just not while I am touring with the Peas. It is not pragmatic for me to be doing 100 walkovers with a bun in the oven, so I am going to leave that for afterwards."

Fergie, whose real name is Stacy Ferguson, will have plenty of opportunities to practice making babies while on tour - as her new husband is planning to fly to see her.

She said: "He will come out to visit me sporadically, depending on his schedule, because he is working on new things all the time. Just like always, he will come out."

The singer said married life is "great" but is looking forward to getting back onstage and showing off her new costumes and brunette hair.

She added to Us Weekly magazine: "I am getting all my wardrobe together, which is so much fun for me. My hairstyles are going to be different. I am really excited about the new look. It is a little more futuristic, and I am excited for it."
