Former Playboy Playmate Credits Her Body Figure To "High-Heel Workout"

December 29, 2008

Victoria Silvstedt says wearing high shoes keeps her in shape. The former Playboy Playmate credits her enviable figure to the "high-heel workout," claiming tottering in vertiginous footwear helps her legs stay toned.

When asked what the secret was to her amazing body, Victoria replied: "How I stay in shape? 12 hours a day in heels, I'm, literally moving all day long in heels. When I'm not working I do go to the gym and do my cardio but nothing beats the high-heel workout!"

The 34-year-old beauty also says she is keen to have children, despite not having a boyfriend.

She added: "I do get kind of jealous when I see women with children but look at Angelina Jolie, she is like a super mama and proof that you can have a career and a family."

"I don't really have time for men at the moment anyway. I'm back and forth between Paris and Rome so I'm like a ping-pong ball. When I do get any time off I spend it with my girlfriends so it hasn't been great for meeting men."
