Gary Coleman's Estate Wants To Remove His Belongings From Home

August 5, 2010 Gary Coleman, Robert

Gary Coleman's estate wants his house to be put up for sale after it undergoes some major renovations. Court-appointed administrator Robert Jeffs filed a motion in a Utah court Wednesday to ask for a judge's permission to sell the late actor's home.

TMZ has obtained the documents filed by Jeffs, in which he is asking for approval to have a bunch of the "Diff'rent Strokes" tragic star's stuff removed from the house so it can be repaired and renovated for future buyers.

The papers cited a realtor describing the home as being in "poor/distressed condition," believing $7,500 is needed to make the necessary repairs.

Jeffs said the estate doesn't have enough money to maintain the house since he still owed $325,158.58 on the mortgage.

Coleman died May 28, two days following a fall at his home, after ex-wife Shannon Price ordered his life support be removed.
