Gwen Stefani's Son Turns Two With Safari Party

May 27, 2008 07:10 pm CDT

Celebrity tyke Kingston Rossdale, son of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, celebrated turning two in style on Sunday. Kingston and his celebrity friends, along with their babies, enjoyed an animal-themed bash at the family's Studio City, California house.

Although it was one day before his actual birthday, Kingston and his little pals didn't seem to mind. The party drew about 40 friends, including Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and their daughter Harlow, as well as Victoria Beckham and son Cruz and Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman and son Max.

The family's backyard turned into a small safari complete with animals, balloons and a moon bouncer. The children also enjoyed riding a pony around the yard.

According to People.com, Beckham enjoyed the party so much that she kicked off her heels and walked around the backyard in her bare feet. Her son, Cruz, who was wearing a monkey costume, enjoyed riding the pony.

The following day, on Kingston's real birthday, Stefani, her husband and the brand new two-year-old celebrated again on a Malibu beach.
