Gwyneth Paltrow Says She's The Head Of Her Household

Gwyneth Paltrow admits she is a control freak when it comes to organizing her household.

The 'Iron Man' actress, who has two children, daughter Apple, three, and two-year-old son Moses with her Coldplay star husband Chris Martin, admits she takes charge of the family household.

She said, "I think all women are like that. We're very multi-tasking, head of the house. We have to be. Could you imagine what would happen if a man was in charge of all that stuff?"

Although she is super-organized, Gwyneth admits she does have a personal assistant to help her out when her hectic lifestyle gets too much for her.

She added to Britain's Heart FM radio station, "I definitely need help. I'm doing a lot of things at once, so I want someone who is smarter than me - which is easily done!"

Gwyneth, who has been turning heads on the red carpet in a series of stunning outfits in recent weeks, admits she likes to just slob out when she gets a day off.

The 35-year-old star said, "I'm into sweat pants and Uggs. I'm a bit frumpy at home, it's shocking!"
