Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry attend Thanksgiving together despite the recent court battle

Actress .com/celebs/halle_berry'>Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry were recently involved in bitter court battle in which .com/celebs/halle_berry'>Halle Berry wanted to move their daughter Nahla to Paris, where her current boyfriend Olivier Martnez stays.

Putting the court drama aside, the involved parties had an early Thanksgiving party together in Los Angeles. Arriving at the party, Helle Berry was carrying Nahla’s jacket and walked hand in hand with Olivier. She was clad in baggy exercise pants, long sleeved T-shirt and flip flop.

Halle and Olivier picked Nahla from school and took her to the party but when it ended, she went home with her daddy!

Halle has engaged to Olivier since January and hoped to move her baby to France. Aubry won the case to block moving Nahla to France saying it would be hard for him to sustain a close relationship with his daughter. This means it will be hard for Halle to relocate to Europe.

Another reason why Halle wanted to move Nahla is that Los Angeles is not the ideal place for their four year old to grow up because of glare of the paparazzi. She claimed that it was not an attempt to keep her daughter from her father.

After the court battle, she told In Style “There is turbulence, but this too shall pass”.
