Halle has been fighting legal battles with her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry to let her bring Nahla to Paris and live with her latest fiance .com/celebs/olivier_martinez'>Olivier Martinez.

Halle argues that life in LA and live within paparazzi's grasps everyday makes it too dangerous for her and her daughter. But the judge ruled very much in favor of Gabriel and refuses to let her bring the kid to France.
