She was just recently interviewed by Women's Health and the Nashville star opened up the fact that she was terrified when a certain magazine published a picture of her that was practically captioned by the word cellulite.

She accounts that the said experience gave her a problem called body dysmorphia for a long time. This is actually the condition that refers to people who have a negative self-image. She tells the mag, however, that she always reminded herself that beauty is an opinion and not just a fact. A mantra that often made her feel better.

Today, she still tries to eat healthy and not go crazy with dieting, just like everyone else. She even adds that she realized that the main thing is to be confident in one's own body.
