The 26 year old who had been infamously known because of her many plastic surgeries showed the world what she had paid for to look like. She reportedly had 10 plastic surgeries in the past all done in one day back in 2009.

Now, who needs a lifeguard if you already know that you have at least a triple D flotation device on your racks? She is apparently doing her best acting while posing in the beach.
